The Right Way to Face Pull
Most people live a hunched life, you're probably hunched over your phone reading this right now.
All that slouching and hunching leads to internally rotated shoulders.
Here's how to balance that out:
Cosmo Is Full of Shit
Last week Cosmo cynically published a story that purposely stirred the manufactured pot.
It was pictures of women of all different sizes with a headline that proclaimed “this is healthy.”
Some of the women were dangerously obese.
Still the headline proclaimed “this is healthy.”

4 Steps to Beat Anxiety
If you're aiming for a small target, one that few people hit, the bow's going to shake a little in your hand.
The only thing you can do is calm your breathing and aim for it anyway. You have to put systems in place to save you from the worst version of yourself.

How to Shrink Your Midsection
I have an exercise that does work.
It's called eat fewer calories and make better food choices.
That's the only way you can shrink your midsection.
But you can actually train to have a strong midsection, which won't shrink it, but it will make it function better and look better once you do that whole "eat less like an asshole thing."

How to Boost Your Immune System: Sleep Better
