The Right Way to Face Pull

An exercise we use a lot is a Facepull.

It's a great movement for balancing out the shoulder joint, improving strength and beating cranky shoulders.

But one area gets ignored.

A little external rotation is needed to maximize the movement.

Most people live a hunched life, you're probably hunched over your phone reading this right now.

All that slouching and hunching leads to internally rotated shoulders.
