How to Shrink Your Midsection

You want an exercise to shrink your midsection.

Everyone does.

That's why stupid ass things like waist trainers and compression belts make money.

They don't work. The people who buy them know they don't work, they're just admitting that they don't want to do the actual work necessary to achieve their desired results.

It's why they waste tons of money every year on trendy bullshit, but their body never changes.

You're not like those people, though. You're willing to do the work and you see through the bullshit.

I have an exercise that does work.

It's called eat fewer calories and make better food choices.

That's the only way you can shrink your midsection.

But you can actually train to have a strong midsection, which won't shrink it, but it will make it function better and look better once you do that whole "eat less like an asshole thing."
