Fix Your Lower Back At Home
Stay At Home is tough on your body.
You don't have access to your gym, you're probably sitting more than normal and your routine is out of whack.
All that stress can lead to some tight hips and lower backs.
Being stuck at home is no reason not to address any tight, or hurt areas. Now is the perfect time to correct any pain.
Coach Johnny (@johnnya1b) has come up with an easy to follow routine you can follow at home to fix that lower back.
This routine will address your hip flexors, abdomen and lower back. It's easy to follow, you don't need anything but yourself.

I want to help you if you need at home workouts. I also want to help out those much less fortunate.
I'm going to open our Team Training app to the public for $10 for 4 weeks.
All that money will be donated to the Jacksonville Food Bank to help feed kids who are hurting from the school closure.
The Team Training app has 6 bodyweight workouts per week, with video demonstrations and a messenger system so we can stay in touch. All the workouts can be performed at home with NO EQUIPMENT :)
