Challenging At Home Glute Workout

If you're going to work out at home, you still need to work out with purpose.⁣

You need to be intentional in your choice of movement.⁣

The point of working out at home is to either maintain progress you've already made, or set yourself up for gigantic leaps of progress once you can go back to the gym.⁣

Here is an entire at home glute workout. You only need your body, a timer and some good music.⁣

It's not random, and it's not designed to be entertaining.⁣

It's designed to help you ⁣

1. Get stronger.⁣
2. Develop skills that you don't have, or refine skills that are lacking.⁣

There are 6 stations. You'll spend 2 minutes at each station- 1 minute at A and 1 minute at B. Where there is a single leg exercise you'll do 1 minute with each side.⁣

Don't misuse this time away from the gym. Don't just jump around to break a sweat. Be intentional in your movements and your choice of exercise.⁣

If you're intentional you'll be stronger than every by the time the gym's re-open.⁣
