Create Your Morning Routine

If you feel lost during the Stay at Home order, or you feel like every day is blending together it's because you've lost your routine.

Your routines are insanely important right now. They create structure and discipline in your life that allows you to be productive.

Since the Stay At Home order has started the number of calls to the US hotline for people suffering from mental health issues has risen by

EIGHT HUNDRED AND NINETY ONE PERCENT

This is a staggering number, but it's not surprising.

All of us have been forced to forego social experiences, and have had to adapt our normal routine.

Most people were not prepared for this because most people are not aware of the effect their daily routine has on their life, their productivity or their happiness.

It's times like these where your routines become ridiculously important.

Your routines allow you to exercise some control on an otherwise uncontrollable situation.

Your morning routine can lay the groundwork for a healthy day.

Your night time routine will allow you to develop proper sleeping patterns. Sleep is the most important thing you can do for your happiness and clarity.

Don't focus on what you can't control. You'll end up in a deep, dark hole.

Focus on what you can control.

Your behavior, your reaction.

Your routine.

The most important part of developing a morning and night time routine is that they allow you to maintain a sense of normalcy in these absurdly abnormal times.

We've put together a 12 page eBook to help you create, implement and STICK TO a morning and night time routine.

In it you'll learn:

-Why morning and night time routines are so important
-How to create your own routine
-How to track your routine
-How to turn your new routine into a habit

We also give you some sample routines that you can adapt to yourself.⁣
