Full Bodyweight Workout Using Only Your Couch
This is a challenging workout you can do at home with just your body and your couch.
We all have to be creative right now, and you can get an amazing training session in if you're creative and can properly use the things you ALREADY have.
You don't need equipment, you don't even need bands.
For this workout you just need your body and your couch, or a chair or a step.
This is a volume based density workout.
Each round is 5 minutes. Perform 10 reps of A, then 10 reps of B back to back for the entire 5 minutes. Rest as little as possible during those 5 minutes.
Take a minute break then move on to the next round. Perform all 4 rounds, then start over again.
This workout should take you about an hour, and you should be tired and dead by the end of it.
We're going to keep providing you at home solutions, especially with the whole state going on shut down tomorrow.
