At Home Boxing Workout
Every Tuesday and Thursday we have a very popular, very challenging Boxing Class.
We've adapted our class so you can perform it at home, with no equipment. This class will get your heart rate up, and teach you the technical skills you need to begin your boxing journey.
It's broken down into six 4 minute rounds.
Each round is then broken down into 1 minute intervals. For 2 of those minutes you'll be performing a combination. For the other 2 you'll be performing some strength movements.
Only take a 10-15 second break going from one movement to the other, and take a 30 second break going from section to section.
This class should take you about 45 minutes to perform if you stick to the strict break time.
