How to Foam Roll

Foam rolling is one of my least favorite topics.

Because it’s much simpler than people want it to be.

It’s simple a way to reset your posture, joints and generate blood flow into your soft tissue.

Foam rolling should only take about 90 seconds, yet people seem to lay on them for a half hour.
