Brutal At Home Bodyweight Workout
A lot of people are stressed about not having access to their gym right now. They think all their hard earned progress is going to be lost by skipping the weights for 2 weeks.
This might be you, and I'm happy to tell you that you're wrong.
Any chance to take a step back and focus on re-inforcing your basic movement patterns is going to lead to long term results.
If you're already making progress, this is a chance to super charge your progress once you can get back to the gym.
You just need to be intentional and focused in what you do and in how you move.
Lucky for you Hannah and I have you covered.
Here is a bodyweight density workout. You're going to perform each movement (1A, 1B, etc) for 1 minute, with a 15 second break in between.
You're going to perform all 4 stations 4 times. Detailed instructions are in the video.
Use this time wisely. Don't give into the chaos and give up.
Use your time away from your routine as an opportunity to fix physical weak spots and to develop new habits.
If you perfect your bodyweight squat during this time I guarantee your barbell squat numbers will explode once you can hit the gym again.
If you perfect your pushup I guarantee your bench press will explode once you can hit the gym again.
Share this with anyone who is without a gym.
All the Gyms Are Closed
I also want to help out those much less fortunate.
I'm going to open our Team Training app to the public for $10 for 4 weeks.
All that money will be donated to the Jacksonville Food Bank to help feed kids who are hurting from the school closure.
The Team Training app has 6 bodyweight workouts per week, with video demonstrations and a messenger system so we can stay in touch. All the workouts can be performed at home with NO EQUIPMENT :)
