The worst thing you can do is be inactive.
It's our job, no, it's our duty to keep you on track.
When you lose a sense, the other's sharpen. It should be no different when you lose a resource. If you can't lift weights you can sharpen the foundational movements.
Having no access to equipment is an opportunity for you to go back and PERFECT the basics.
Coach Johnny and I put together this...difficult....at home core workout for you.
The only thing you need is:
1. Your body.
2. A timer.
