The Three Step Process to Beating a Bad Morning

Your energy is off today.

You're a little, or a lot angry.

Things just haven't been going your way today.

Guess what?

Apparently everyone feels that way, so you're not weird and you're far from alone in these feelings.

I wake up like that more often than I care to admit.

I was going to title this video "I'm an asshole, here's how you can not be one" but for some reason I decided against it.

I have nothing but angry Irish blood flowing through my veins, so I wake up in a shit mood way more often than I care to admit publicly.

Just ask my poor wife.

I don't let the bad mood last for more than a couple minutes, because I know how to deal with it. You probably don't.

I had 3 clients in row today who told me they were "off" this morning. That they had a bad morning. That they were in a bad mood.

I put them through these exact steps and within 45 minutes their crappy mood was history.

Here's my 3 point strategy for getting that storm cloud out of your head so the negativity doesn't infect your identity, your decisions or your relationships.
