90 Second Shoulder Warm Up
I don’t really have the attention span for yoga.
I get it, and I’m a big fan of the concept.
But for me 60-90 minutes of movement and stretching is too much.
No matter how good I feel after the class I can’t get over the amount of time I have to dedicate to it.
So I like to steal the most efficient methods from yoga and condense them down into very actionable movements.
Here’s an example.
Sphinx pose.
It’s excellent for your shoulders, neck, rib cage and upper back.
And it’s even better if we use it as a base position for some highly targeted movements to open up your shoulders, upper back and neck.
When you do that you get the benefits of a 90 minute yoga class in 90 seconds.
Here’s how to do it.
