Try This Exercise For Healthier Knees

A movement I’ve come to love is the Hand Supported Skater Squat.

It’s an exercise I’ve started utilizing with a lot of clients.

It’s a great bodyweight movement that will help build strength in pretty much your entire lower body.

But what’s best about it is that it trains the knee to be more stable in a safe environment.

And it also builds confidence in the proper motion of your knee.

So if you’re someone who has had a previous knee injury, or you just feel immobile give this bodyweight movement a shot.
