This Is How You (Really) Lose Fat Forever
Here's your realistic plan to lose weight.
1. Take a week and write down every single thing you consume.
Yes, this means drinks.
Yes, this means sauces.
Yes, this means hands of chips you randomly grab because you're bored.
2. After you've compiled your list look for easy calories to eliminate i.e stop getting a fucking coffee milkshake from Starbucks every day.
I just saved you 450 calories.
3. After you've found calories you can flat out eliminate, find ones that you can replace with a smarter option.
Switch to Coke Zero instead of drinking coca cola like it's 1950.
Switch from Hidden Valley Ranch to a yogurt based dressing.
Swap out your 80% 20% burgers for a 93% 7%.
I guarantee there are a bunch of painless swaps you can make that will save you hundred of calories per week without making you feel like you're making a radical lifestyle overhaul.
4. Based on the data figure out which meal is your "weak" meal of the day.
The one you're least prepared for.
The one you let go off the tracks.
Maybe you're a rock start for breakfast and dinner but you find yourself in the Chic Fil A drive through line at lunch every day.
That means lunch is your "weak" meal.
All you need to do is plan for it.
Maybe you still eat out, but you hit up a meal prep place instead of a fast foos joint. Or maybe you just start prepping your lunches on Sunday.
5. Figure out which meals are lacking protein and add protein.
It might sound odd to add calories after speaking about slashing them for 4 items.
But.
Protein is without a doubt the missing link in so many people's fat loss diets.
It will keep or build muscle and make you feel fuller longer.
It's something you have to have enough of.
6. Eat like that consistently for a couple of months. Adjust where needed. If you're not losing, eat less.
When you boil it down losing weight does not mean you have to revamp and change your entire diet and lifestyle.
Everyone wants to make a radical lifestyle overhaul, but they don't want to experience the pain and discomfort that rapid change brings.
You simply have to build boundaries around your already existing behaviors.
The boundaries will act like a fence that will guide you towards your goal.
Don't freak out, just take measured consistent action.
And don't follow a Keto account on Instagram. That will cost you brain cells.
