This Exercise Will Build Stable Shoulders

As a grown up, you know what it's like to try to stay healthy and active. But let's be real, sometimes our bodies just don't cooperate. And that's when rotator cuff discomfort can come in and ruin the party.

Now, rotator cuff discomfort is a real son of a gun. It can cause pain, weakness, and make it hard to move your shoulder like you want.

There's a lot of reasons it can happen, like overuse, injury, or just getting older.

And let's face it, as an adult, you’ve been through a lot. You've played sports, done manual labor, and lived a little. So it's not surprising that your rotator cuffs can start to feel a little worn out.

Let me give you the rundown on some of the most common causes of rotator cuff discomfort:

  1. Tendinitis: That's when the tendons in your rotator cuff get all inflamed from doing the same thing over and over.

  2. Bursitis: That's when the little sacs that cushion your rotator cuff get all puffy from being used too much.

  3. Impingement: That's when your rotator cuff gets squished or pinched from reaching overhead too often.

  4. Tears: Those are small or big rips in the rotator cuff tendons that can hurt and make your shoulder weak, usually from some sudden injury.

Now if you’re experiencing any of those pains I've got something to show you. I've got a video that'll show you a simple technique to beat rotator cuff pain. I promise it's easy, and you can do it right at home. Check it out here:

Don't let rotator cuff discomfort ruin your day. Do something about it, and get back to enjoying the things you love.
