Deadlift Without Lower Back Pain
Here's a simple tick to deadlift without any lower back pain.
It's about tension, not force.
You don't need to think about lifting the bar.
You need to think that you are using the bar to pull yourself into the ground.
That will create tension in the right areas, and allow you to use the right muscles to lift the bar.
And then those muscles get bigger and stronger.
No movement is good or bad. It's the execution that makes it cause pain or not.
