How Many Carbs and Fats Should You Eat?

The marketing trends make this question seem very complicated.

The answer is very simple.

The amount and ratio of carbs to fat that you eat in a day do not matter as long as they do not make you surpass your daily calories.

Carbs don't make you fat.

Fats don't make you fat.

Excess calories make you fat.
