At Home Boxing Workout

 Every Tuesday and Thursday we have a very popular, very challenging Boxing Class.⁣

⁣We've adapted our class so you can perform it at home, with no equipment.⁣ This class will get your heart rate up, and teach you the technical skills you need to begin your boxing journey.⁣

⁣It's broken down into six 4 minute rounds.⁣

⁣Each round is then broken down into 1 minute intervals. For 2 of those minutes you'll be performing a combination. For the other 2 you'll be performing some strength movements.⁣

⁣Only take a 10-15 second break going from one movement to the other, and take a 30 second break going from section to section.⁣

⁣This class should take you about 45 minutes to perform if you stick to the strict break time. ⁣
