Body Hacks Suck

“Body hacks” are stupid.

They imply that there are shortcuts. And there aren’t.

However this piece of advice could be considered a “hack” by less discerning writers.

Every night before bed (EVERY night) write down your goal. “Gain muscle” “lose 20 lbs” whatever it may be. The more specific the better.

Under that goal write what you are going to do tomorrow to take you closer to your goal. The more specific the better.

Under that write what your life will be like in a year if you follow that plan every day.

And under that line write what your life will be like in a year if you don’t follow that path.

Having a goal is great, but unless you take actionable steps and recognize the consequences of not taking action it’s just some feel good, pie in the sky notion.

So here's the format:

1. Goal

2. 1 Step to take tomorrow to get close to goal

3. What my life will be like in a year if I do this every day

4. What my life will be like in a year if I don't

Changing your life is a matter of daily decisions. You can either make decisions that lead you straight to the shitter, or straight to the better.

We will show you how to eliminate stubborn body fat, increase your metabolism, & build strong, defined muscles WITHOUT making you follow a crazy diet.
