At Home Back and Shoulder Pain Fix

I know it's not ideal to lose gym access.

It's not ideal to be forced to abandon your routine. It's uncomfortable, and it might cause a lot of stress.

I get that, but...

Time away from the gym can be a good thing. Especially if you have achy joints, or some pain in your back.

This is a unique time in history where we are all being forced to take a step back, and take time away from our normal life.

You can either complain and do nothing, or you can seize this opportunity and use it to improve yourself.

The most common problem areas in active people are the lower back, the upper back and the shoulders.

I'm sure you have some discomfort in one of those areas as you read this.

Well this is your time to fix that.

Most achy pain in those areas just requires a little bit extra attention.

Here are 4 ways you can fix those problems at home with no equipment.

All the Gyms Are Closed

I want to help you if you need at home workouts. I also want to help out those much less fortunate.

I'm going to open our Team Training app to the public for $10 for 4 weeks.

All that money will be donated to the Jacksonville Food Bank to help feed kids who are hurting from the school closure.

The Team Training app has 6 bodyweight workouts per week, with video demonstrations and a messenger system so we can stay in touch. All the workouts can be performed at home with NO EQUIPMENT :)

Click here to donate $10 and get 4 weeks of access to our Team Training App!
