Two Minute Shoulder Fix
A lot of people are experiencing weird shoulder pain right now.

Your shoulder feels cranky because you're holding it in a bad position most of the day, and it is also out of balance.

There are 2 very easy movements you can do right after you roll out of bed to fix both the weakness and poor positioning of your shoulder.
Grab any band and perform these two movements first thing in the morning.
