KILLER At Home Bodyweight Workout

I know a lot of you are losing your minds being cooped up with no gym.

Structure will help alleviate a lot of that inner doubt, turmoil and boredom.

Here is a very structured, very difficult workout you can perform with just your body.

This is one of Catherine's infamous "3,2,1" workouts.

There are 4 sets.

Each set has 3 movements.

The first is a strength movement that you will perform for 3 minutes straight.

The second is an explosive movement that you will perform for 2 minutes.

The third is a core movement that you will do for 1 minute.

Don't take more than 15 seconds between these movements, but take a 90 second break after each set.

I'm not going to lie, this one is brutal. But, hey, if you're stuck at home or without a gym it'll help.

All the Gyms Are Closed

I want to help you if you need at home workouts. I also want to help out those much less fortunate.

I'm going to open our Team Training app to the public for $10 for 4 weeks.

All that money will be donated to the Jacksonville Food Bank to help feed kids who are hurting from the school closure.

The Team Training app has 6 bodyweight workouts per week, with video demonstrations and a messenger system so we can stay in touch. All the workouts can be performed at home with NO EQUIPMENT :)
