At Home Strength Workout

Developing strength is simple on paper, but awfully hard in execution.

This workout looks simple.

It's just 3 exercises performed for 10 rounds.

However the struggle lies in the execution.

To develop strength you have to brutally master the basic movements. Working out from home is no excuse. You don't need a lot of equipment, you just need the right intention and the right focus.

This workout is one circuit, performed three times.

The first move is a push up, or a negative push up. Start where you are. Regress the push up so all your reps are good and smooth.

The second a Bulgarian Split Squat. It's one of the most challenging lower body exercises there is. It will decimate your quads and glutes.

The last movement is swimmers. There's a lot of pushing work being done, but not a lot of pulling work. These will work your the entire back of your shoulder capsule, as well as the important posture muscles in your upper back.

We want you strong, but we also want you balanced and with great posture.

Exercise is just one part of your daily routine.

If you really want to empower your body and your mind you need to develop a morning and night time routine.
